i drew this for a friend of mine when she moved up surfer's paradise to cheer her up. it was done with derwent artist pencils.
another picture i drew for a friend only i never gave it to him. this was my first attempt at cg colouring and effects. it was a very rough sketch that i put into photoshop and messed with a bit.
sorry, i couldn't think of a better name. this one dates back to the old tafe days, i drew it one morning before the classes started. it's a bit old but i still like it.
i surprised myself with this one, i'm not usually so good at realism. it's just lead pencils.
UNDERGROUND BEACH CAMP
this is artwork i did for some tshirts for my youth group's beach camp. drawn with pencils and a fine liner.
a small promotional pic i again did for youth. ink and paper, that's it.
GUN ARM CHICK
sorry, you'll have to indulge me for a second. this isn't a very prety picture but i always loved how the girls' expression and pose turned out.
this one didn't scan up too well. i do like it though. it was done with colour pencils.
ponen is made up entirely of cloth, he's one of the many characters i never got around to doing anything with.
i love the expression in this pic. its very rare for me to get my characters look exactly how i want, but sometimes... just sometimes.
just to prove that i do draw guys... from time to time. max is from a current story that i'm working on
